I made a 7x10 canvas in Photoshop and then dropped the 5x7 image into the top half of that canvas. I'm trying to print a 5x7 image on 7x10 prescored cards, and I have not been able to find a way to center the image on the card. I doubt anyone is still following this, but I'll give it a try anyways.

I did this all very nicely on the 2200, and I didn't expect there to be lack of upward compatability with its replacement. I have no problem printing to separate sheets if they're standard sizes listed 'above the line' in the sheet sizes list (i.e., above the custom sizes, all of which appear to be assumed to come from a roll).

But there's no corresponding options when you use custom-sized paper, and that seems to be the hang-up: the software appears to simply assume that you're using roll paper if you use a custom size and provides no mechanism that I can find to change that setting. There is just one entry in the preferences menu for the 2400 (as far as I can tell) and the different paper options pop out in a submenu (roll-borderless, sheet-borderless, etc.) when you select a standard size of paper (8.5 x 11, Super B, etc). If you mean the 'Printer-Fax Preferences' menu that you access at the bottom of the Print menu w/ the 2200 where you defined separate entries for the same printer using roll vs sheets and matte vs photo finishes, the 2400 seems to handle that completely differently. Thank you, William, for replying to my question about the Epson 2400, but I don't think that ooption exists for the 2400.
